- Please remove all foot ware inside the studio door (where it's warm!)
- No smoking or discarding gum on the property.
- There is a coffee bar with complementary coffee, tea and water - help yourself when you come in. There are additional drink and snack offerings available for $2.50.
- Make yourself comfortable - this space is for you to feel cozy and relaxed.

Deposits
Please be advised, we placed a 50% deposit for all first time clients upon booking services to avoid no shows. You will be charged the remainder of the treatment cost at your appointment. This is for first visits only and your credit card is kept on file.
Cancellations
24 hour notice for all cancellations.
48 hour cancellation and modification restriction within the app - you will need to contact directly via e-mail, phone if you need to alter your appointment beyond the 48 hour time frame.
Same day cancellations will be subject to 100% treatment fee.
Cancellations for classes made with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows will result in the class being forfeited and no credit refunded.
