Classes at Sage Wellness Spa

Our classes are intentionally small and thoughtfully designed to support rest, nervous system balance, and connection. With only six spots available per class, the studio offers a quiet, personal experience where you can truly slow down, breathe, and reset.

These intimate classes allow for a calm and supportive atmosphere where you can relax into the practice at your own pace.

Classes must be booked in advance through Vagaro to ensure your space is reserved.

Restorative Yoga

Thursdays 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Join Bonnie for a beautifully grounded and nourishing Restorative Yoga practice designed to help you slow down, release tension, and refill your cup at the end of the week.

Restorative yoga is a gentle, supportive style of yoga that uses props such as blankets and bolsters to fully support the body in restful poses. These poses are held for longer periods of time, allowing the body to deeply relax while the nervous system shifts into its natural “rest and restore” state.

This class is perfect if you are feeling stressed, tired, overwhelmed, or simply in need of a quiet space to pause and reconnect with yourself. No previous yoga experience is required.

Drop-in: $33 + tax
4-class series: $120 + tax

Students registered in the 4-class series also receive $5 off our monthly Sound Bath & Reiki Experience.
